Whether it’s improving your physical fitness, or simply feeling great - not only on the outside but on the inside, too - we can help you achieve that, among a supportive group of women

Our sessions are run by Becki Knight - voted Northants’ Best Fitness Instructor 2023 with Muddy Stilettos.

What we offer

  • Group fitness sessions

    We host daily group fitness sessions, both morning and evening, where we guide and support you, adapting the exercises where necessary to suit you.

  • Like-minded women

    You’ll meet a network of like-minded women! Your club-mates will be right there with you, to offer encouragement and words of wisdom when needed, and a true friendship.

  • Support and guidance

    We offer that all-important accountability. Our supportive and knowledgable trainers will be on hand for regular check-ins, maintaining your progress.
